Happy Valentine's Day

Jon and I had a very low-key Valentine's Day today. Five years ago today Jon proposed to me at Antrim Park and asked me to be his wife -- my how time has flown. Our lives are certainly different now, but our love is stronger and more mature. We didn't do a big dinner out or anything like that (you need reservations weeks in advance!). However, we gave each other some little gifts last night (I got Jon some Cheryl's cookies and he got me flowers and the movie Fireproof), and then this afternoon we went out for lunch, then went to Starbucks to sit and chat for awhile, and then went to a "cupcake bar" for some dessert. Too fun! We had a wonderful time hanging out and chatting -- with Hannah at home napping under the watchful eye of Grandma Woolley. Of course, we think Grandma Woolley was a little disappointed that Hannah slept the whole time we were gone (go figure), but everyone came over and hung out in the late afternoon/early evening, when Hannah was up.

Here is a shot of Uncle Ryan holding Gavin and Hannah -- and this is pretty good -- 2 out of 3 are looking at the camera. I think Gavin's eyes were following his Mommy....
