Hiking - Rainbow Falls

Our second big hiking adventure was a 2.6 mile hike to see a waterfall. When we got up there we learned that TN is having a bit of a drought, so the falls weren't as big as they usually are. They were still pretty and we had a nice hike. This time, despite a "paved" path, I didn't bring the stroller -- I put Hannah in our Baby Bjorn and carried her...much easier....especially since the patch was quite narrow, broken up, steep, and not really smooth. Hannah slept the whole way up, but was wide awake and alert on the way back down looking at all of the trees and people.

Hannah hikes in style! For a reason unknown to me, my husband took a picture of the woods below the falls, but not the actual falls that we hiked over two miles to see....remind me to just take the pictures I want for the scrapbook in the future, rather than asking him to do it.
