Hannah's babysitter, Lisa, got her a fantastic present for her birthday, an Easy Bake Oven (complete with eight 100-watt light bulbs). Due to the changes in light bulb rules and with the 100-watt bulbs being phased out, they re-made the Easy Bake Oven so it is actually a real convection oven appliance. But, we managed to snag one of the "old" ones with the traditional light bulb....a "collector's piece," if you will. Hannah made cookies in her new oven within an hour of taking it out of the box, so she is definitely excited about it! (And maybe her Daddy is excited about the possibility of treats too, since he was the one helping with her first baking project.)
