We celebrated Hannah's 4th Birthday with a family pizza party. We didn't have a huge crowd (no one from my side of the family could make it), but it was still fun. The Lichtensteiger's came, so Hannah did have her best friend, Jake, to play with. Hannah got a lot of nice presents and finally got her Christmas presents from the Ely's (since we hadn't seen them since Christmas). It's hard to choose favorite gifts because she genuinely is excited no matter what she gets. She really liked the My Little Pony stuff and Legos, but she was super excited for underwear with "treats" on them. Aunt Danila got her some day of the week underwear with candy on them, and they were a big hit. However, since Hannah can't read, there is a lot of "what day is it" going on because she wants to wear the right day all of the time. Heaven help me if I don't have the laundry done....
Hannah chose the cake that Lisa made for her party....her selection "Dave and the Giant Pickle," her favorite Veggie Tales story (based on her favorite Bible story - David and Goliath).

Jake, Gavin & Megan all did a good job of letting Hannah open her own presents, but were at the ready if she needed help.
