8 Pounds

Last night after Lauren's bath we weighed her....she is already 8 pounds.  Wow is she gaining weight!  Maybe I'm not producing "skim" milk this time around....or maybe she is just taking more at a feeding than Hannah used to.  I'm not used to a baby putting on a pound in a week, so this is just so amazing to me.  In fact, Hannah will be 3 in January and she wanted weighed after Lauren was on the scale, so we weighed her too and Hannah is a "whopping" 28 pounds (well, not even -- she was only 27lbs, 13oz).  It will be interesting to see how Lauren's weight gain changes over time and what her growth curve looks like compared to Hannah's.
