First Soccer Match

Hannah's Aunt Danila is very proud that her first professional sporting event was a soccer match. (Aunt Danila played soccer in college.) Hannah went to see the Columbus Crew play yesterday afternoon. My firm has a "family" event every summer where they lawyers bring their families and we have a meal together at the stadium. We get good seats -- right on the field -- and a big picnic-style meal. This was the first year I've gone, and it was a lot of fun. Hannah ran around like crazy, trying to climb on everything, play ball with the other kids, and push her stroller everywhere. We think she had a really good time. Our view of the field.

We left at intermission. Since the game started at 3pm and the firm lunch was at 1:30, we'd actually showed up without a nap. We left at 4pm when she started to get a little cranky (which is MUCH longer than I thought she'd make it). She was OUT like a light on the way home.
